Suggested solution to child Labour and Abuse

Suggested solution. In most cases, the so called masters mentioned above are women and mothers, I then wonder why “women suffer women” the reasons why these girls are been maltreated are mostly unjustifiable.  These and some other unfortunate conditions are what some of our mothers had gone through when growing up. This calls on all women to rise up to responsibility to put an end to all these predicaments been faced by our future mothers. Influential women in all walks of life must act quickly to adopt and implement the new international law to prevent abuses, protect victims, as well as punish those that force people to work in conditions of slavery. Our lawmakers should forward bills that will create national action plans to tackle forced labour. Better protection for victims. This includes the safeguarding of vulnerable girl child, migrant workers especially females against fraudulent and abusive recruitment practices. Justice, Victims should also be protected from injus

Two major types are discussed below. ·         Physical abuse ·         Emotional abuse Physical abuse includes deliberate acts of violence that injure or even kill a child. Unexplained bruises, broken bones, or burn marks on a child may be signs of physical abuse.  Emotional abuse, such abuse commonly includes repeated verbal abuse of a child in the form of shouting, threats, and degrading or humiliating criticism. Child Labour The struggles of a girl child, “ not born with a silver spoon ” poverty plays an enormous role in the phenomenon of child labour. Because of gender discrimination in the household, the community and, indeed, all levels of society, girls face multiple disadvantages. These vulnerabilities are stronger in rural areas, where poverty, traditions and lack of infrastructure and services prevail, including lack of access to quality education. Being desperate for money when poverty looms, poor families around the world especially in some parts of Africa, are forced to push even young children most times girls to work to support the family's income. “For poor families the small contribution of a child's income or assistance at home that allows the parents to work can make the difference between hunger and a bare sufficiency,” according to the 1997 UNICEF report. A study of nine Latin American countries found that without the income of working children aged 13 to 17, the p

Victim   of Child Labour, The  problem  facing  a  female  child  starts  at  birth,  especially  in  this  part  of  the  world  where  female  children  are  not  seen  as  the  fathers choice,  sixty-five percent  of  female  discriminations  start  from  the  labour  ward. The countenances of most fathers do change at the cry of a female baby. May be because of the expenses of taking care of the girl child or the risk of upbringing, and maybe after spending so much on the girl child, she will end up in a man’s home. These and all other reasons are best known to men. Even in families blessed with both male and female children, the male are always seen as the head. In many cultures, families place more value on the education of boys than girls. If a family has to make a choice between sending a boy or girl to school, a boy is preferred. Girls are often the last to be enrolled in school and the first to be withdrawn from class. Girls are more likely to be withdrawn from school i

Now! Is there a hope for the girl child? With all the happenings ranging from female genital mutilation to rape, low educational enrollment of the girl child, child marriage, child labor resulting to physical and emotional abuse among other, one will wonder if truly there is a hope for the girl child. You will also agree with me that, there is an urgent need for women in the society to begin to speak up now on issues that are affecting their populace and poses a great threat  to the happy living of the feminine life in this part of Africa. we would also be looking at a career woman and her marriage.
